About AllCoach

Who runs AllCoach

AllCoach is run by one person, not a company. We don't take commission, and coach companies don't pay to be on the site. If that ever changes, we'll say so clearly and label anything that is paid for.

It exists for a simple reason. Coach trips and holidays are often run by small, local firms, each with its own website, and it's hard to see what's on without visiting dozens of them. AllCoach puts the dates, prices and pick-up points side by side so you can choose.

What we do

We collect the trips that coach companies publish and show them in one place. You can look for a day out near you, a holiday for a particular week, or a trip to a particular place or event. How to compare coach trips explains it step by step.

How you book

When you find a trip you like, press the button and you'll carry on to the coach company's own website, or see their phone number. We don't run the trips, take bookings or take payments, so your booking is always with the coach company, and we can't see or change it.

For coach companies

AllCoach is a directory of UK coach trips: think of it as a Yellow Pages for coach trips. We list trips using publicly available information and brochures, so people can find tours leaving near them.

Every "Book" button goes straight to your own website, or shows your phone number if you take bookings by phone. Being listed is free.

Where the information comes from, and how fresh it is

Everything comes from coach companies' websites and brochures. We refresh each company's trips regularly, usually every few weeks. In between, prices and dates can change, and a trip can sell out or be withdrawn, so please check the date, price and pick-up time with the coach company before you book.

How we put trips in order

We sort by the facts you choose: the date, the price, or how close the pick-up is. Nobody can pay to be listed higher.

Found a mistake, or want a trip taken off?

Email hello@allcoach.co.uk with the page address and what's wrong, and we'll put it right promptly. Every trip and coach company page also has a "Report a mistake or ask us to remove a trip" link at the bottom that starts the email for you. For questions about your information, write to privacy@allcoach.co.uk. Our privacy page says what we do and don't keep about you (very little).

Which coach companies are on the site

AllCoach is mostly small and medium coach companies, many of them family firms, which is where we think a comparison helps most. A few large national companies aren't included yet.

Accessibility

We try to make AllCoach easy for everyone to use: large readable text, clear buttons, good contrast, and pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader. If something is hard to use, please tell us and we'll try to fix it. For mobility and access on a trip, always ask the coach company, as we only repeat what they have published.
