Terms of use
The short version: AllCoach compares coach trips, you book with the coach company, and you should check the details with them before you pay. The full terms are below.
Who runs this website
AllCoach is an independent project run by an individual. It is free to use, has no adverts, and does not sell tickets or take commission. It is not a company and does not claim to be a registered business. If we ever add a way to cover our costs, we will say so clearly and label anything paid. Email hello@allcoach.co.uk.
What AllCoach is
AllCoach is a comparison website. We collect public information about coach day trips and coach holidays run by other companies so you can find and compare them in one place. We do not run the trips, take bookings or take payments.
Bookings are with the coach company
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the coach company. AllCoach is not part of it and cannot see, change or cancel it. For changes, refunds or problems, contact the coach company.
How we order trips
We sort by the facts you choose (date, price, how close the pick-up is), not by payment.
Check before you book
Dates, prices, pick-up points, times and availability come from the coach companies' own websites and brochures and can change without notice. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise they are up to date or complete. Pick-up points are listed exactly as the coach company publishes them, including any at motorway services. Prices are shown per person unless it says otherwise. The coach company's website is always the final word, so please check the details there before you book.
On many trips the short summary (what is included, the places visited, good to know) is written by AllCoach from the coach company's own published details. We check these summaries, but they may contain mistakes or leave things out. The coach company's own website and your booking confirmation are what count: you book with, and your contract is with, the coach company. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it promptly.
Notes about mobility or access are quoted from the coach company's own wording. We have not checked them. Please ask the coach company about your needs before you book.
Links to other websites
When you press "View more details on the coach company's site" you leave AllCoach. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.
Using the website
Please use the website for yourself, not to make money. Please do not copy it in bulk, overload it, or try to break into it. The AllCoach name, design and our own text belong to us. Trip descriptions and pictures belong to the coach companies.
Our responsibility
We are not responsible for loss caused by relying on information on this website that turns out to be wrong or out of date, or for what happens on a trip. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the current one. English law applies.
