• Air-conditioned bedrooms feature television, telephone, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities, with lift access to all floors.
• Bamburgh Castle Access: Wheelchairs and walking aids can be used only as far as the King’s Hall, approximately halfway through the rooms.
• Beyond this point, steps and stairs prevent the use of rollators, walking frames and other walking aids; one walking stick is permitted, but not two.

• How many steps are there up to the coach, and is there a handrail?
• Can a walking stick, frame, rollator or wheelchair travel on this coach?
• How far is the walk from the coach drop-off to the main sights, and is the ground flat?
• Is the hotel on one level or does it have a lift, and are there ground-floor rooms?
