- The hotel has a lift from street level up to the patio and a second lift inside allows access to bedrooms.
- However please note that it is not entirely suitable for the disabled as a number of stairs are always involved to gain access to the dining room.Included excursions:Cologne – the magnificent city of Cologne hosts 6 Christmas markets in total.
