Notes from the company
What Masons Coaches says on its own page, word for word (we have not checked it ourselves):
- Requests for particular seats on the coach can be made when booking and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, but allocations are made on a first come first served basis, dependent upon customer mobility.
Ring Masons Coaches to ask about steps, seating and walking before you book: 01296 661604 (number from the company's own website)
Questions worth asking before you book
- How many steps are there up to the coach, and is there a handrail?
- Can a walking stick, frame, rollator or wheelchair travel on this coach?
- How far is the walk from the coach drop-off to the main sights, and is the ground flat?
- Is the hotel on one level or does it have a lift, and are there ground-floor rooms?
