- Important Accessibility Notice: Grand Circle seating at the Palace Theatre is accessed via approximately 52–65 steps.
- There is no lift access to this level.
- Passengers must be able to independently manage the stairs to reach their seats.
- As a result, Grand Circle seating is not suitable for those with limited mobility or anyone unable to climb a number of steps.
