Mobility and access

Notes from the company

What IC Travel says on its own page, word for word (we have not checked it ourselves):

  • Please note that in the arena there are 29 steps to get into the arena bowl.
  • Once at the top of the 29 steps this brings you to Row H.
  • Once you are at row H for every row above H there are an additional 2 steps per row.
  • (For example – if you are seated in row R, then you will have to climb 29 initial steps plus 9 rows x 2 steps which means there would be a further 18 steps)

Ring IC Travel to ask about steps, seating and walking before you book: 01603 868680 (number from the company's own website)

Questions worth asking before you book

  • How many steps are there up to the coach, and is there a handrail?
  • Can a walking stick, frame, rollator or wheelchair travel on this coach?
  • How far is the walk from the coach drop-off to the main sights, and is the ground flat?
  • Are there toilet and seating stops, and how long is the free time?
