Mobility and access
Notes from the company
What Laguna Travel says on its own page, word for word (we have not checked it ourselves):
- Most areas of the Royal Albert Hall are wheelchair accessible, with step-free entrances, lifts, and accessible toilets.
- Some behind-the-scenes areas may have limited access, so visitors with mobility needs are advised to contact us so we can check individual requirements with the venue.
Ring Laguna Travel to ask about steps, seating and walking before you book: 01202 767022 (number from the company's own website)
Questions worth asking before you book
- How many steps are there up to the coach, and is there a handrail?
- Can a walking stick, frame, rollator or wheelchair travel on this coach?
- How far is the walk from the coach drop-off to the main sights, and is the ground flat?
- Are there toilet and seating stops, and how long is the free time?
